Asking what a bespoke kitchen costs in Dubai is a bit like asking what a car costs. The honest answer is that size is one of the weaker predictors of price, and two kitchens with identical footprints can sit far apart depending on decisions made in the first fortnight. Understanding what actually moves the number is more useful than a headline figure.
Stone Is the Largest Variable
Material selection typically moves a kitchen budget more than any other single choice. A book-matched slab with directional veining requires specific selection, careful cutting and significant wastage; a consistent engineered surface does not. Neither is the right answer universally — but the difference between them is usually the difference between two quotes that otherwise look alike.
Joinery Complexity, Not Cabinet Count
Handleless detailing, integrated lighting, curved elements, full-height runs and shadow gaps all take workshop hours that a standard carcass does not. This is where bespoke separates from fitted: you are buying the hours, not the boxes. A kitchen with fewer but more complex units can cost more than a larger, simpler one.
Appliance Integration and Services
Fully integrating appliances, extraction and lighting means the joinery has to be built around them, so appliance decisions cannot be deferred. Moving water, waste or ventilation — common when a layout genuinely improves — brings in trades beyond the kitchen and should be priced openly rather than absorbed into a single line.
Making Quotes Genuinely Comparable
Ask every firm the same three things: where the joinery is manufactured, what is excluded, and what happens if the slab you are shown is not the slab that arrives. Quotes diverge most in what they leave out, and a number that sits noticeably below the others usually has its explanation hiding in one of those three answers.
Where the Range Fits In
Our four ranges are design directions rather than price tiers — The Frame Range, The Axis Range, The Terra Range and The Volta Range can each be specified at different levels depending on stone selection and detailing. The range sets the character; the specification sets the cost.
