These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of design, joinery, fit-out, and related services by ORA Renovate Technical Services CO. L.L.C (“ORA”, “the Contractor”) to the Client. They apply to every Quotation issued by ORA and form part of the Contract entered into between the Parties. By signing the Quotation or paying the Initial Payment, the Client confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.
