OUR PHILOSOPHY
The Company
The Collection is the interior fitout house of The ORA Group — Dubai’s private collective of design, property, and craftsmanship brands, founded on a single conviction: that the finest homes in the world are never built to impress. They are built to endure — to be lived in, returned to, and quietly treasured by the people who call them home.
Within the Group, The Collection is the atelier. The hands. The workshop behind the finished room. Every kitchen, dressing room, media wall, and living space we create begins the same way — with a conversation. Not about trends. Not about finishes. About you. How you move through your home. How you host. How you rest. How the rooms you occupy shape the life you live inside them.
From that conversation, our designers, craftspeople, and project leaders build something singular. Drawings become joinery. Joinery becomes architecture. Architecture becomes the backdrop to decades of family life — worthy of the people it serves, and the home it completes.
We work in stone quarried from a single block. In timber chosen leaf by leaf. In hardware engineered to outlast its owner. Nothing in an ORA interior is incidental, because nothing in the homes we serve should be.
This is the standard we have set ourselves, and the standard we hold to every project we accept. A small number of homes each year. Every one of them, without exception, ours to get right.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Considered. Crafted. Treasured.
That is the promise behind every piece in The Collection — and the philosophy behind every door, every drawer, every detail signed with the ORA name.
Rooms that last. Details that don’t date. Homes that feel, from the first moment, unmistakably their owner’s.
We make kitchens built around the way you cook, dressing rooms built around the way you begin your day, media walls built around the people who gather in front of them, and living spaces built around the life you actually live — not the one a catalogue imagines for you.
Every piece is drawn, engineered, and built in our own workshop. Every material is chosen for how it will look in ten years, not ten minutes. Every detail is held to a standard we set ourselves, and never relax.
What We Make
Considered. Crafted. Treasured.
ONE HOME AT A TIME. OURS TO GET RIGHT.
ORA Collection is a Dubai-based luxury interior fitout house — creating bespoke kitchens, dressing rooms, media walls, and living spaces for homes that refuse to compromise on craft or character.
We don’t sell product. We build rooms. Every piece begins as a conversation, becomes a drawing, and leaves our workshop as something made for one home, one client, one life — and no other.
Led by a team of designers, architects, and craftspeople with decades of experience across the UK and UAE, we work in the finest materials the world produces, to a standard most of the industry has stopped aiming for. Every surface is considered. Every detail is held to the same line.
Who We Are

Every ORA project begins the same way — in conversation. Before a drawing is made, before a material is chosen, before a price is quoted, we sit down with you and listen. How you live. How you move. What you want this room to do for the next twenty years.
From there, our designers translate the conversation into drawings, our architects pressure-test them against the realities of your space, and our production team turns them into the detailed, buildable documents our workshop works from. Nothing moves to the floor until every line is signed off.
In our workshop — our own, not outsourced — craftspeople who have spent a career mastering a single discipline build your pieces by hand, to tolerances most of the industry has stopped measuring to. Then our installers take it from workshop to home, finishing on site to the same standard it left us by.
One team. One workshop. One point of accountability from first conversation to final handover.
How We Work

Not furniture. Not fit-out. Architecture, at the scale of a room.
ONE HOME AT A TIME. OURS TO GET RIGHT.
Design. Build. Deliver.
Every step, ours. Every detail, answered for.
The people behind every ORA home.
The Team
Managing Director ORA Collection
Scott Martin
Scott sets the standard. As Managing Director of ORA Collection, he is the benchmark every drawing, every install, and every finished room is measured against — and fifteen years building luxury homes across the United Kingdom sits behind that benchmark.
His technical understanding of how a home comes together — from structure to substrate, from first fix to final detail — is the reason clients trust ORA with the projects that matter most to them. Today, Scott leads live projects across both the UK and the UAE, moving between the two markets and bringing the discipline of one to the ambition of the other.
Where Scott is involved, the detail is right. That is the standard. That is the promise.
OPERATIONS Director ORA Collection
Katie Cameron
Katie is the reason ORA projects run the way they do.
With more than fifteen years of operational experience behind her, her attention to detail and diligent, considered approach are the quiet engine driving ORA Collection forward — the discipline behind every timeline, every handover, every promise kept. Where others see a programme, Katie sees the hundred small decisions that determine whether a home is delivered on time, on budget, and to the standard our clients expect.
In a business built on craftsmanship, Katie is the craftsperson of the process itself.
Architect
ORA Collection
Felix Manalastas
Felix has spent more than two decades turning vision into built reality. A design-to-build architect by training and instinct, he excels where the work is hardest — on the large-scale, technically demanding projects where every drawing must hold up to both the eye and the engineer.
At ORA, Felix bridges the space between what a client imagines and what the site, the structure, and the standard will allow. The result is architecture that feels inevitable — as though the home could only ever have been built this way.
Production Supervisor
ORA Collection
Kenneth Villaluna
Ken is where design becomes product.
With sixteen years in production across the Middle East, he leads the translation of every ORA concept into the production drawings our workshop builds from — the detailed, unambiguous documents that allow craftspeople to work at speed and at standard, without compromise to either. Nothing reaches the workshop floor until Ken has signed it off.
It is a role that demands precision, pace, and an unshakeable eye for detail. Ken brings all three.
Considered. Crafted.
