Kitchen renovation cost in Dubai varies enormously — and most of that variation comes down to two things: the materials specified, and whether the joinery is bespoke or modular. A generic quote without knowing which of these drives your number isn't a useful quote.
Materials Are the Biggest Line Item
Stone worktops, veneer choice, and hardware finish typically account for the largest share of a kitchen renovation budget in Dubai — more than labour in most cases. Our four kitchen styles sit at different points on that spectrum, which is why cost varies so much between them even at the same size.
The Frame is our Shaker-influenced kitchen, handcrafted in Calacatta marble and aged brass — a softer, more traditional silhouette that sits at the premium end of the stone budget. The Axis holds darkness and light in tension with book-matched black marble and gilded veining, with handleless joinery that adds cost through precision detailing rather than material alone.
The Terra is grounded in natural, earth-toned materials and built around a curved island — a strong mid-range option where the joinery complexity of the curve is the main cost driver rather than the stone itself. The Volta is designed around a single rare stone as its centrepiece, with dark smoked oak cabinetry receding into the background — here, the stone selection alone can be the largest single line item in the whole renovation.
Bespoke vs. Modular Joinery
The second major cost driver is whether cabinetry is custom-built to your exact space or adapted from modular units. Bespoke joinery costs more upfront but eliminates the awkward filler panels and mismatched proportions that come with fitting standard units into a non-standard room — a false economy that shows up the moment the kitchen is installed.
Getting an Accurate Number
The only reliable way to price a kitchen renovation in Dubai is a proper measured survey and a materials conversation before any number is given — anything else is a rough estimate at best. We walk every client through material and joinery options for their chosen style before confirming a final figure.
